Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- adherence to store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- at least six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- at least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
- ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes

Job Duties
- lead shifts and oversee store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
- coach and prepare team members in the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customization
- delegate tasks and coordinate activities of two or more employees during shifts
- maintain quality control of beverages and food products
- handle cash operations and ensure store safety and security standards are met
- foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- support team development through effective communication and conflict resolution
