With at least six months of prior experience in a customer-facing role involving task delegation or supervisory responsibilities, you are equipped to handle store operations confidently while mentoring and supporting your team. Your knowledge of retail standards, ability to communicate effectively, and strong interpersonal skills enable you to build meaningful relationships with both customers and partners.
