The role of a shift supervisor at Starbucks is a pivotal position that blends leadership, operational expertise, and exceptional customer service. Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products
  • cash handling and store safety and security
  • six months of customer service experience
  • six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating team members

Job Duties
