Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Follow store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food production, cash handling, and store safety
- Have at least six months of experience in customer service roles
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Have at least six months experience delegating tasks and coordinating multiple employees

- Experience delegating tasks and coordinating the work of multiple employees
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Knowledge of retail environments
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Job Duties
