Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy objects ranging from 25 to 85 pounds
  • Capability to stand for extended periods
  • Hearing within normal range to respond to auditory alarms
  • Ability to read and comprehend menus, manuals, and training materials
  • Proficient manual dexterity for food packing and cleaning tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company procedures and results
  • Strong punctuality and flexible scheduling
  • Customer service skills including a positive attitude and enthusiasm

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the restaurant or hospitality industry

  • Support the Restaurant General Manager in achieving restaurant goals related to team building, operations metrics, and profitability
  • Communicate goals, promotions, and business updates effectively
  • Provide a top-notch guest experience including friendly interactions, cleanliness, and quality meals
  • Lead a positive and collaborative family environment
  • Motivate and mentor team members
  • Maintain safety standards around cooking equipment and adhere to company confidentiality protocols
