Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Ability to lift heavy objects ranging from 25 to 85 pounds
Capability to stand for extended periods
Hearing within normal range to respond to auditory alarms
Ability to read and comprehend menus, manuals, and training materials
Proficient manual dexterity for food packing and cleaning tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company procedures and results
Strong punctuality and flexible scheduling
Customer service skills including a positive attitude and enthusiasm

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and mentor team members

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene

Job Duties

Have direct ownership of the results of the team and impact guest experience and restaurant success
Support the Restaurant General Manager in achieving restaurant goals related to team building, operations metrics, and profitability
Communicate goals, promotions, and business updates effectively
Provide a top-notch guest experience including friendly interactions, cleanliness, and quality meals
Lead a positive and collaborative family environment
Motivate and mentor team members
Maintain safety standards around cooking equipment and adhere to company confidentiality protocols
