Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality product delivery and cash handling
  • Ability to prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages following recipes or customer modifications
  • Experience in customer interaction and fulfillment of requests
  • Experience delegating tasks to employees or coordinating team activities

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise daily store operations
  • Ensure quality beverage and food preparation according to standards
  • Handle cash and maintain store safety and security
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate team member activities
  • Coach and mentor team members
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment
  • Maintain compliance with store policies and operating standards
