Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality product delivery and cash handling
- Ability to prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages following recipes or customer modifications
- Experience in customer interaction and fulfillment of requests
- Experience delegating tasks to employees or coordinating team activities
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
