Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year retail or customer service management experience
  • ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

Job Qualifications

  • one year retail or customer service management experience
  • two years preferred OR four plus years of US military service
  • one year supervising the work of others, teambuilding, coaching
  • strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment

Job Duties

  • lead the store team during shifts
  • manage daily store operations including inventory and cash handling
  • coach and mentor partners to develop their skills
  • ensure exceptional customer service and maintain Starbucks quality standards
  • monitor and achieve sales and performance targets
  • maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
