Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year retail or customer service management experience, two years preferred or four plus years of US military service
- One year supervising the work of others, teambuilding, coaching
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of baristas and store employees to ensure efficient operations
- Coach and mentor partners to develop their skills and foster a positive team environment
- Manage store inventory, cash handling, and sales to meet financial goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
- Handle customer concerns and resolve conflicts promptly and effectively
- Assist in scheduling shifts and maintaining operational standards throughout the store
