HMSHost values candidates with at least two years of experience in food and beverage service, cash handling, and customer service, along with prior supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen. Effective communication skills, the ability to comprehend policies and procedures, and a commitment to workplace safety are critical for success in this role.
