Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years previous experience as a foodservice or retail supervisor or manager
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- No previous work experience required
- Math skills needed to operate cash register and balance cash drawer
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older (shift manager)
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a foodservice or retail supervisor or manager (shift manager)
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Must be 16 years of age or older (team member)
- Basic math skills to operate cash register and balance cash drawer (team member)
Job Duties
- Provide quality customer service using company and International Dairy Queen standards
- Assist and learn management responsibilities from assistant and general managers
- Deliver superior customer service and food products quickly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Demonstrate friendliness, hospitality, respect, and genuine care to guests and team members
- Operate cash register and manage cash transactions accurately
- Support team collaboration and efficient daily restaurant operations
