This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos, food products, and branding. This franchisee is a completely separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. As such, employment decisions, interviews, hiring, firing, discipline, scheduling, and all staffing matters are the sole responsibility of the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. This ensures local management control and a unique working environment often found in franchise operations. The franchisee-owned restaurant is part of the globally recognized McDonald's brand which has set industry standards in fast food with a focus on quality, service, cleanliness, and value.

As a Shift Manager at this McDonald’s franchise restaurant, you will play a critical leadership role during your shifts to maintain the company’s standards for customer experience and operational excellence.
