This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos, food products, and branding. This franchisee is a completely separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. As such, employment decisions, interviews, hiring, firing, discipline, scheduling, and all staffing matters are the sole responsibility of the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. This ensures local management control and a unique working environment often found in franchise operations.
