We are currently seeking to hire a dedicated Shift Supervisor to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store during assigned shifts, stepping in as the person in charge in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, or as directed by them. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing and supervising team members, and ensuring that all products—whether Auntie Anne's pretzels, Cinnabon pastries, Jamba Juice beverages, or Carvel ice cream—are prepared to the highest standards. This position requires a hands-on leader who can not only perform essential preparation and presentation tasks but also maintain store cleanliness, manage equipment, and uphold company policies related to food safety and operational procedures.

In this role, the Shift Supervisor will play a pivotal part in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests, ensuring an outstanding experience that encourages repeat visits and brand loyalty. The position demands a strong focus on leadership, teamwork, and customer service, with responsibilities including delegating assignments to team members, monitoring product quality, handling guest inquiries and complaints professionally, and conducting cash management duties. Shift Supervisors must be able to maintain composure during busy periods, effectively managing store resources and personnel to meet operational demands.
