Joining Wingstop means being part of a passionate team focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and community engagement. With a robust network of locations, Wingstop offers a vibrant workplace where both career growth and personal development are highly encouraged.
The Shift Manager role at Wingstop is a vital leadership position that supports the General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about fostering a positive work environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high operational standards. The Shift Manager is accountable for directing the restaurant’s daily activities during the General Manager’s absence, thereby ensuring smooth operation and upholding the Wingstop mission to Serve the World Flavor. Operationally, the Shift Manager maintains company standards by addressing maintenance issues, coordinating communication between the General Manager, District Manager, and restaurant team, and adhering to all risk management policies. They utilize company-provided tools to coach their team effectively and collaborate with the Restaurant Support Center to maximize restaurant performance.
This position offers opportunities for individuals who are outgoing, detail-oriented, self-motivated learners with a strong work ethic and a passion for hospitality.
