We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Manager to join our team. This position offers an hourly pay rate ranging from $16.50 to $17.50. As a Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring that each shift runs efficiently and smoothly. Reporting directly to the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team, driving store profitability, and maintaining the high standards associated with the Burger King brand.

The Shift Manager will be instrumental in inventory management, staff supervision, and guest service excellence. A key part of your role will be to coach and inspire team members, helping them build skills and confidence that contribute to personal and store success. By fostering a positive work environment, you will help to improve team performance, meet operational goals, and deliver outstanding customer service consistently. This position demands a proactive leader who can manage responsibilities such as cash control, food safety, food preparation standards, and maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols.
