We are currently seeking to expand our talented team by hiring a Shift Supervisor who plays a critical role in store operations. The Shift Supervisor functions as the key person in charge of the store during their assigned shift in the absence or under the direction of the manager, assistant manager, or store manager. This position involves supervising and coordinating the tasks of team members, ensuring the proper preparation and presentation of products from Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon, Jamba Juice, or Carvel, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the store.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who maintains composure during busy periods and who sets a positive example for their team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to handle store funds responsibly. The Shift Supervisor is entrusted with daily operational responsibilities including opening and closing procedures, cash management, team coordination, inventory management, and compliance with all company, health, and safety regulations. In addition, the supervisor addresses customer needs and complaints to ensure a superior guest experience.
