Job Description

Arby’s, a well-known brand synonymous with Roast Beef and Curly Fries, is much more than just a popular fast food chain. Founded in 1964, Arby’s has grown to be the second-largest sandwich restaurant brand in the world, boasting over 3,500 locations across nine countries. As a part of Inspire Brands, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Arby’s brings together innovation, quality, and a passion for Meatcraft® — celebrating high-quality proteins and crave-worthy sides that delight customers everywhere. Beyond its delicious menu and quick-serve speed, Arby’s is dedicated to its people, providing exceptional career opportunities with a strong focus on training, advancement, and employee well-being.

At Arby’s, you’ll find more than just a job—you’ll discover a community where you can dream big, work hard, and make a difference. The company takes pride in fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages team members to grow their skills and advance professionally. Their culture champions fairness, fun, and teamwork, ensuring each employee feels valued and empowered. Employees benefit from a robust package that includes weekly pay, flexible schedules, free shift meals, family dining discounts, and lots of perks that enhance both work and life.

We are now seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shift Manager to join the Arby’s team. This role is critical to the successful operation of the restaurant, involving day-to-day oversight of shifts to ensure smooth service delivery. As a Shift Manager, you will collaborate closely with the management team, helping to guide and develop team members through performance coaching and training initiatives. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention, making your ability to provide exceptional customer service paramount.

The ideal candidate brings at least six months of restaurant or retail management experience and demonstrates a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service. You will help maintain a positive work environment where every shift runs efficiently, and all guests receive prompt and friendly service. At least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S., you will help steer the team to success by fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Beyond the core responsibilities, Arby’s offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, career growth, and overall well-being. From medical, dental, and vision coverage to tuition benefits and retirement plans, you’ll enjoy peace of mind as you build your future. Additional perks include paid time off, cash referral programs, community involvement opportunities, and everything needed to make your workday rewarding and enjoyable.

Joining Arby’s means being part of a vibrant family that values your contributions and helps you ignite your dreams through ongoing development and recognition programs. Whether you are passionate about the food industry or seeking a workplace that respects and nurtures your potential, Arby’s welcomes you to be part of their inspiring journey to bring smiles through delightful experiences worldwide.
