Established in 1964, Arby's has grown to become the second-largest sandwich restaurant brand globally, with over 3,500 locations spread across nine countries. The company prides itself on its brand purpose of Inspiring Smiles Through Delightful Experiences, driven by the celebration of Meatcraft®—the art of preparing high-quality proteins paired with crave-worthy sides such as its famously beloved Curly Fries and rich Jamocha shakes. As a key franchise of Inspire Brands, Arby's benefits from a broad, supportive network headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, ensuring that every restaurant upholds quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction at the heart of its operations.
Working at Arby's means joining a company that values diversity, inclusion, and career advancement, offering a dynamic environment where team members are empowered to dream big, work hard, and make a tangible difference. Employees are supported through best-in-class training programs that help refine skills and open pathways for continuous learning and growth within the company. Arby's is committed to fostering a workplace where every individual can succeed through comprehensive benefits like weekly pay, flexible scheduling, paid time off, 401(k) retirement plan options, tuition assistance, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and numerous employee recognition initiatives. These perks, combined with opportunities for community engagement and charitable involvement, ensure a fulfilling career beyond just the job.
The role of Shift Manager at Arby's is pivotal in guaranteeing the smooth operation of each restaurant shift. As a Shift Manager, you will serve as a cornerstone of the management team by overseeing day-to-day restaurant functions, coordinating with crew members, and lifting team performance through effective training and leadership. Your responsibility will also include delivering exceptional customer service to maintain loyal patronage and a positive dining atmosphere. This position is ideal for those with previous experience in restaurant or retail management and a passion for quality service and teamwork. Located within the fast-paced and high-energy environment of Arby’s restaurants, the Shift Manager acts as both a leader and a motivator, ensuring operational efficiency while nurturing a collaborative and enjoyable workplace culture. The hourly pay range for this role is $15.30 to $18.36, with actual compensation reflective of experience and location, including eligibility for overtime as per policy.
This opportunity invites candidates from all backgrounds who are enthusiastic about joining a well-established brand with a commitment to quality, innovation, and outstanding customer experiences. Whether you are a seasoned restaurant professional or new to management, Arby’s encourages you to apply and help bring home the bacon every day while building a rewarding career filled with growth and meaningful connections.
