Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Valid state issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance (if driving is required)
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work under high heat conditions
- Capable of driving for company errands
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and food safety standards
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months of related experience and/or training
- P.O.C. trained on all positions
- Crew Leader certification
- Shift Supervisor certification
- Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
- Effective communication skills
- Basic mathematical skills
- Problem-solving ability
Job Duties
- Manage shifts effectively to ensure smooth operations
- Train crew members on all positions
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Enforce food safety and company policy compliance
- Maintain Q.S.C. standards consistently
- Assist with store operational planning and problem solving
