Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Capability to walk stairs and use a step ladder
- Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, using assistance or equipment for heavier loads
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
- Work in varying temperature zones including hot and cold areas
- Potential exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals with use of PPE
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor settings
- Awareness of workplace hazards such as hot surfaces and wet floors
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Clear and effective communication abilities
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail in maintaining standards

- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards
- Manage and lead restaurant team members effectively
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
