Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
  • Capability to walk stairs and use a step ladder
  • Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, using assistance or equipment for heavier loads
  • Ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
  • Work in varying temperature zones including hot and cold areas
  • Potential exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals with use of PPE
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor settings
  • Awareness of workplace hazards such as hot surfaces and wet floors

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Clear and effective communication abilities
  • Ability to make quick and effective decisions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail in maintaining standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards
  • Manage and lead restaurant team members effectively
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage inventory and order supplies
  • Handle scheduling and labor management
  • Promote a positive and respectful work environment
