Job Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks
Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
Capability to walk stairs and use a step ladder
Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, using assistance or equipment for heavier loads
Ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen
Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
Work in varying temperature zones including hot and cold areas
Potential exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals with use of PPE
Ability to work in indoor and outdoor settings
Awareness of workplace hazards such as hot surfaces and wet floors

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Clear and effective communication abilities
Ability to make quick and effective decisions
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail in maintaining standards
