Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive hand and arm motions such as chopping, stirring, carrying
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Capability to walk stairs and use a step ladder
- Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening as needed
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly using proper equipment or assistance for heavier loads
- Ability to move around kitchen efficiently
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in fast-paced, noisy environment
- Exposure to hot kitchen areas, cold storage, cleaning chemicals
- Use of personal protective equipment and training for safety
- Adaptability to indoor and outdoor tasks
- Awareness of hazards like hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Effective problem-solving capabilities
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- High attention to detail in maintaining standards
Job Duties
- Supervise and lead restaurant staff during shifts
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Coordinate scheduling and team assignments
- Monitor restaurant performance and report to management
- Support employee training and development
