Job Description
This job opportunity is available at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's, a globally recognized fast-food brand. Unlike corporate-owned outlets, this franchisee runs the business as a separate legal and operational entity licensed to use McDonald's trademarks, including logos and food products. Candidates hired for this position will be employed directly by the franchisee and not by McDonald's USA. Therefore, all employment-related matters such as hiring, termination, discipline, scheduling, and supervision are handled exclusively by the franchise owner. McDonald's USA does not participate in or influence employment decisions at the franchisee's restaurant.

Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- previous leadership experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan and monitor shift performance
- ensure compliance with McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare for smooth transitions
- manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, maintenance, crew management, and training
