Job Description

This job opportunity is available at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's, a globally recognized fast-food brand. Unlike corporate-owned outlets, this franchisee runs the business as a separate legal and operational entity licensed to use McDonald's trademarks, including logos and food products. Candidates hired for this position will be employed directly by the franchisee and not by McDonald's USA. Therefore, all employment-related matters such as hiring, termination, discipline, scheduling, and supervision are handled exclusively by the franchise owner. McDonald's USA does not participate in or influence employment decisions at the franchisee's restaurant.

The position available is that of a Shift Manager, a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all activities during a shift to ensure that customers receive an exceptional experience. Shift Managers lead and motivate team members and other managers while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. They plan shifts, monitor performance continually, and take corrective actions when necessary to meet operational goals.
