This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. Unlike McDonald's USA, this franchisee is a separate company and employer, responsible solely for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, staffing, discipline, supervision, and scheduling. Candidates applying for this position will be working directly for the franchisee, not McDonald's USA, ensuring localized management with a strong focus on providing high-quality service in a fast-paced, iconic environment.

This role is for a Shift Manager position within the McDonald's corporate-owned restaurant managed by the independent franchisee. The Shift Manager acts as a leadership figure ensuring that every shift runs smoothly and efficiently. They are responsible for maintaining exceptional food quality, customer service, cleanliness, safety, and profitability standards throughout their shifts. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills combined with a passion for the fast-paced hospitality environment. The Shift Manager will lead and support the crew and other managers while embodying the McDonald’s commitment to customer satisfaction and team development.

Shift Managers have diverse responsibilities including overseeing food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, managing crew, quality food production, customer service, safety, security, scheduling, and training.
