Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
  • Physically able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Willing to relocate within organization for business needs or career growth
  • Strong commitment to customer service and team leadership
  • Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
  • Positive attitude with ownership and dedication to meeting goals

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in restaurant leadership or related roles
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety practices
  • Ability to work flexibly including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Serve as a role model by demonstrating company standards and behaviors
  • Motivate and support team members during shifts
  • Assist GM and AM in training and coaching employees
  • Manage daily operational tasks including inventory and scheduling
  • Ensure all food safety, security, and cleanliness standards are met
  • Address and resolve workplace conflicts professionally
  • Monitor shift performance to meet business targets
