Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
- Physically able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willing to relocate within organization for business needs or career growth

- Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant leadership or related roles
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety practices
- Ability to work flexibly including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Serve as a role model by demonstrating company standards and behaviors
- Motivate and support team members during shifts
- Assist GM and AM in training and coaching employees
- Manage daily operational tasks including inventory and scheduling
- Ensure all food safety, security, and cleanliness standards are met
- Address and resolve workplace conflicts professionally
- Monitor shift performance to meet business targets
