Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain high quality, service, and cleanliness
- Plan shifts and monitor performance to meet McDonald's standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- Communicate with next Shift Manager to ensure smooth transition
- Manage food safety, inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
- Schedule and train crew members
