The franchisee independently manages all employment decisions including hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, thereby operating the restaurant as its own business venture. The role offered is that of a Shift Manager at one of these McDonald's franchise-operated restaurants. The Shift Manager plays a dynamic leadership role crucial to the smooth operation of the restaurant during a given shift. Responsibilities include ensuring exceptional quality, service, and cleanliness standards so that every customer enjoys a fast, friendly, and accurate experience. As a Shift Manager, you will lead crew members and other managers, orchestrating activities during the shift to meet performance targets and uphold stringent operational standards.
