Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food service or management preferred
Ability to lead and supervise a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food safety practices
Ability to handle cash and perform basic math
Availability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant supervisory role preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Proficiency in operating restaurant equipment and cash registers
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Assist General Manager and Assistant Manager to supervise and coordinate food preparation and serving activities
Ensure delivery of excellent customer service by managing daily restaurant operations
Direct employees through their daily routines and interact with customers to ensure satisfactory experience
Manage team leaders and team members on team stations, products, processes, and policies
Act as quality control by training employees properly and adhering to company policy
Open restaurant, set up cash drawers, initiate computer run
Make final deposit of previous nights receipts
Turn on fryers, broilers and breakfast grills
Prepare food and serve customers at counter and drive-thru window
Prepare garnish for lunch sandwiches, cut lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions
Begin cleaning and prepare produce for salads
Receive and store incoming food shipments
Rotate stock in freezer and cooler
Perform minor repairs
Operate cash register
Close restaurant including cleaning kitchen equipment, dining room, preparing final deposit and closing paperwork
