Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food service or management preferred
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Ability to handle cash and perform basic math
  • Availability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant supervisory role preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Proficiency in operating restaurant equipment and cash registers
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist General Manager and Assistant Manager to supervise and coordinate food preparation and serving activities
  • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service by managing daily restaurant operations
  • Direct employees through their daily routines and interact with customers to ensure satisfactory experience
  • Manage team leaders and team members on team stations, products, processes, and policies
  • Act as quality control by training employees properly and adhering to company policy
  • Open restaurant, set up cash drawers, initiate computer run
  • Make final deposit of previous nights receipts
  • Turn on fryers, broilers and breakfast grills
  • Prepare food and serve customers at counter and drive-thru window
  • Prepare garnish for lunch sandwiches, cut lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions
  • Begin cleaning and prepare produce for salads
  • Receive and store incoming food shipments
  • Rotate stock in freezer and cooler
  • Perform minor repairs
  • Operate cash register
  • Close restaurant including cleaning kitchen equipment, dining room, preparing final deposit and closing paperwork
