Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of restaurant work experience
- Ability to lead and organize a team
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel to various Wendy’s locations as needed
- Able to stand and move for most of the shift
- Capable of lifting 25 to 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to handle weather conditions while working outside
- Comfortable using restaurant equipment including register and grill
- Reliable transportation for varied shift hours
- Punctual, attentive, friendly, reliable, and honest
- Must work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and desire to serve guests
Job Qualifications
