This job opportunity is with a restaurant that operates under the McDonald’s brand but is owned and managed by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos, branding, and food products while running their restaurant independently. It is important to note that McDonald’s USA does not have any control or involvement in employment matters at this location. All employment decisions, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and discipline, are handled solely by the franchisee. If you are hired, your employment relationship will be directly with the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA, and your application will be kept confidential within the franchisee’s organization.

The position available is for a Shift Manager, a key leadership role responsible for managing shifts to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service every visit. The Shift Manager provides guidance and supervision to crew members and other managers, focusing on maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. This role requires dynamic leadership to monitor shift performance, ensure safety and security, manage inventory, and uphold food safety standards.

The Shift Manager’s responsibilities include overseeing internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, quality food production, exceptional customer service, scheduling, training, and safety compliance.
