Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum age of 18 years
- previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- commitment to safety and quality standards

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan each shift and monitor team performance
- ensure compliance with food safety standards
- manage inventory and scheduling
- maintain daily cleanliness and restaurant maintenance
- train and develop crew members
