Job Description

This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, rather than McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use the McDonald's logos, branding, and food products, enabling the operation of the restaurant under the renowned McDonald's name. However, this franchisee functions as a separate business entity and employer from McDonald's USA. As such, all employment-related decisions, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, are the sole responsibility of the franchisee. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage teams effectively
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
  • Willingness to undergo training and development

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Positive attitude and passion for fast-paced work environment
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Basic understanding of food safety practices
  • Commitment to excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
  • Plan and monitor shift performance to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Manage and coach crew and other managers during shifts
  • Monitor safety, security, and profitability throughout the shift
  • Communicate effectively with the next shift manager to ensure smooth transitions
  • Oversee food safety, inventory management, and daily maintenance
  • Schedule staff and conduct training to develop team members
