This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, rather than McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use the McDonald's logos, branding, and food products, enabling the operation of the restaurant under the renowned McDonald's name. However, this franchisee functions as a separate business entity and employer from McDonald's USA. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage teams effectively
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Willingness to undergo training and development

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Plan and monitor shift performance to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Manage and coach crew and other managers during shifts
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability throughout the shift
- Communicate effectively with the next shift manager to ensure smooth transitions
- Oversee food safety, inventory management, and daily maintenance
- Schedule staff and conduct training to develop team members
