Job Requirements

- possess strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
- plan shift activities and monitor performance
- ensure compliance with McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare for continuous operations
- manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, crew management, training, scheduling and customer service
