Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week making sure customers get a fast accurate friendly experience every visit
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to ensure great quality service and cleanliness
  • plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift
  • take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
  • monitor safety security and profitability
  • communicate with next shift manager to prepare for a great shift
  • manage food safety internal communication inventory management daily maintenance and cleanliness
  • manage crew quality food production exceptional customer service safety and security
  • handle scheduling and training
