Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain safety and cleanliness standards
- previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- capability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast paced setting

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week making sure customers get a fast accurate friendly experience every visit
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to ensure great quality service and cleanliness
- plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift
- take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
- monitor safety security and profitability
- communicate with next shift manager to prepare for a great shift
- manage food safety internal communication inventory management daily maintenance and cleanliness
- manage crew quality food production exceptional customer service safety and security
- handle scheduling and training
