- Prior experience in restaurant or fast food environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead a shift including employee training food and restaurant safety and guest satisfaction
- Delegate tasks effectively to crew members and maintain shift targets
- Support assistant and general managers to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in kitchen people and service
- Maintain food quality and safety during shifts
- Coach train and provide feedback including in hiring decisions
- Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring shifts are well-prepared and organized
- Lead by example while upholding company policies and brand standards
