Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years of age
Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
Support management team goals
Stand and move during the shift
Use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
Follow brand standards and restaurant guidelines
Reliable transportation to travel occasionally to other locations
Flexible work availability
Commitment to a customer first attitude

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Support the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers and maintain a clean restaurant
Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety including obtaining SERV Safe certification
Build and lead a team that works well together
Create a customer first attitude with your team
Make decisions and solve problems to maintain smooth operations
