- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
- Support management team goals
- Stand and move during the shift
- Use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- Follow brand standards and restaurant guidelines
- Reliable transportation to travel occasionally to other locations
- Flexible work availability
- Commitment to a customer first attitude

Job Duties
- Support the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
- Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
- Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers and maintain a clean restaurant
- Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety including obtaining SERV Safe certification
- Build and lead a team that works well together
- Create a customer first attitude with your team
- Make decisions and solve problems to maintain smooth operations
