Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand and work for long periods
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Mobility including bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying
- Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
- Ability to work in hot environments and around cooking oils
- Ability to communicate effectively before groups of customers and employees
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- P.O.C. training on all positions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and build a cohesive team
- Proficient in reading and interpreting safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Reasoning ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
Job Duties
- Manage daily shift operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain compliance with safety and health regulations
- Handle employee training and development during shifts
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
- Uphold company standards and policies consistently
