Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Ability to stand and work for long periods
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Mobility including bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying
Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends
Valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
Ability to work in hot environments and around cooking oils
Ability to communicate effectively before groups of customers and employees

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
One to three months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
P.O.C. training on all positions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lead and build a cohesive team
Proficient in reading and interpreting safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Reasoning ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
