Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to stand and work for long periods
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Mobility including bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying
  • Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
  • Ability to work in hot environments and around cooking oils
  • Ability to communicate effectively before groups of customers and employees

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • P.O.C. training on all positions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and build a cohesive team
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Reasoning ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions

Job Duties

  • Manage daily shift operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain compliance with safety and health regulations
  • Handle employee training and development during shifts
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
  • Uphold company standards and policies consistently
