The role being offered is a Shift Manager position with a pay range of $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus tips and bonuses. Shift Managers at Five Guys are entrusted with the daily operations of the restaurant when the General Manager is not present. They are trained to perform all duties carried out by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibilities that include ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management, and inventory control. This position requires a hands-on leader who is energetic, motivational, and committed to high standards both personally and for their team. The Shift Manager is expected to contribute to creating a great workplace culture, lead by example, and uphold the company’s core convictions of remaining humble, exceeding expectations, always doing the right thing, and leading by example.
