This franchisee is currently seeking a Person in Charge (PIC) who embodies the company's core values and who is ready to take on an essential leadership role within the store. The Person in Charge will be entrusted with managing the restaurant operations during assigned shifts in the absence of management. This is a dynamic position that requires a hands-on approach to supervision, operations management, and customer service. The PIC will oversee a team ranging from 3 to 15 employees, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly while adhering to company standards. Key responsibilities will include supervising food preparation and service, delegating tasks for receiving and storing supplies, supporting team members during busy periods, and handling paperwork and equipment maintenance. This role is vital to maintaining the store’s operational efficiency and ensuring customers receive the exceptional service they expect. As the face of the restaurant during shifts, the PIC will exemplify leadership by guiding employees, resolving issues, and fostering a positive workplace atmosphere. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
- Physical stamina to work 40-50 hours per week
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
- Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use basic math including addition, subtraction, and basic fractions

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant operations preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees
- Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for the unit to ensure a minimum loss from waste and theft
- Assist in the supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food
- Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty
- Assist team members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency
- Complete daily food preparation including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and rotating products
- Assist in daily and weekly paperwork
- Assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on store's equipment and supplies
- Performs other related duties as required
