Job Description

This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise. This franchise operates under a license that allows it to use the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products but functions as a separate legal entity from McDonald's USA. As such, employment matters including hiring, firing, scheduling, and discipline are managed solely by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA, which has no involvement in employment decisions or access to employment applications. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • experience managing teams preferably in restaurant, retail or hospitality
  • ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • dedication to delivering excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality
  • positive team player with flexible schedule
  • ability to work in fast paced environment
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • minimum age of 18

Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
  • set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results
  • oversee Guest Service Department to ensure excellent customer service and sales promotion execution
  • supervise Kitchen Department to maintain food quality, safety, cost control and staff training
  • manage People Department including hiring, training, scheduling and staff motivation
  • foster a positive team environment and develop leadership skills
