Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work 32+ hours per week including nights, weekends, and emergencies
- Successful and stable employment history
- Ability to perform duties of all positions in the restaurant
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and communicate effectively
- Understanding of process improvement and operational efficiency
- Commitment to company core values and ethical standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
- Serv-Safe or local/state food service certification preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Experience in managing restaurant operations and staff

Job Duties
- Supervise shifts and work areas to maintain high-quality product and customer service
- Execute company policies, procedures, programs, and systems during shifts
