Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year restaurant experience
  • excellent people leadership and guest service skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • able to resolve issues in line with company standards
  • ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • reliable transportation
  • proficiency in utilizing company computer, email, and restaurant software

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Direct team members as they perform shift activities
  • implement and execute administrative responsibilities including petty cash and inventories
  • ensure product quality, equipment functionality, and sanitation compliance
  • assign job positions per company policy and labor laws
  • provide employee training on food prep, safety, guest relations, and selling techniques
  • resolve guest complaints ensuring satisfaction
  • conduct inventory as needed
  • ensure compliance with security and operational policies
  • perform other duties as assigned
