Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year restaurant experience
- excellent people leadership and guest service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- able to resolve issues in line with company standards
- ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- reliable transportation
- proficiency in utilizing company computer, email, and restaurant software

Job Duties
- Direct team members as they perform shift activities
- implement and execute administrative responsibilities including petty cash and inventories
- ensure product quality, equipment functionality, and sanitation compliance
- assign job positions per company policy and labor laws
- provide employee training on food prep, safety, guest relations, and selling techniques
- resolve guest complaints ensuring satisfaction
- conduct inventory as needed
- ensure compliance with security and operational policies
- perform other duties as assigned
