Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of leadership or related restaurant experience
- Completion of company-specific Shift Leader training
- Certification in food safety (ServSafe or equivalent)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to quality, safety, and guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- One year of experience at Sizzler or leadership experience
- Completion of Shift Leader training program
- Completion of ServSafe training
- Certified in all areas of the restaurant
- Ability to read and interpret financial and written information
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to apply common sense and follow detailed instructions
Job Duties
- Lead and direct team members during shifts
- Follow service standards and sequence of service protocols
- Work across multiple departments as assigned
- Assist with special projects and operational tasks
- Address guest concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Complete administrative duties accurately and timely
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards
