Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of leadership or related restaurant experience
  • Completion of company-specific Shift Leader training
  • Certification in food safety (ServSafe or equivalent)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • One year of experience at Sizzler or leadership experience
  • Completion of Shift Leader training program
  • Completion of ServSafe training
  • Certified in all areas of the restaurant
  • Ability to read and interpret financial and written information
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to apply common sense and follow detailed instructions

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct team members during shifts
  • Follow service standards and sequence of service protocols
  • Work across multiple departments as assigned
  • Assist with special projects and operational tasks
  • Address guest concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Complete administrative duties accurately and timely
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards
