Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of Sizzler experience or equivalent leadership experience
- Completion of Shift Leader training program
- ServSafe certification
- Certification in all restaurant areas
- Ability to read and understand English
- Basic math skills
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in various departments
- Flexibility to work in hot, cold, humid, or noisy environments
- Strong communication skills
- Dependability and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- One year of Sizzler experience or one year of leadership experience
- Completion of Shift Leader training program
- ServSafe certification
- Certified in all areas of the restaurant
- Ability to read and interpret financial and written information
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Proficient in English both written and verbal
- Ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions
Job Duties
- Lead and direct team members in food preparation and service
- Follow service standards and sequence of service
- Work in multiple departments as assigned
- Assist with special projects and operational tasks
- Manage guest service issues and respond promptly to guest needs
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Ensure safety, sanitation, and quality standards are maintained
