Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of the entire Crew Person Training Program
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proof of insurance
  • Ability to communicate effectively by phone or other means
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to bend and stoop
  • Ability to work around heat and in close quarters
  • Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds
  • Experience working with cleaning products
  • Basic knowledge of computers
  • Strong organizational and team building skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Good mathematics skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide a quality product and guest service experience ensuring total guest satisfaction
  • Monitor restaurant operations proactively to anticipate and resolve problems
  • Enforce and maintain Carl's Jr. quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Monitor staffing levels and labor costs while ensuring high operational standards
  • Observe and foster positive employee attitudes and friendly atmosphere
  • Train crew members using established training programs
  • Give regular performance feedback to motivate and improve crew performance
  • Supervise crew to maintain productivity and morale
  • Communicate performance issues to General Manager and maintain disciplinary documentation
  • Support sales maximization and cost minimization through effective shift management
  • Make quick, sound business decisions to enhance guest service
  • Plan, organize, and implement daily operational routines and administrative tasks
  • Perform opening and closing shift duties as directed
  • Comply with company policies and personnel practices fairly and consistently
  • Model Carl's Jr.'s shared values and ensure effective communication across teams
