The Shift Lead role at Black Rifle Coffee Company is an essential leadership position focused on driving store success through excellent management of daily operations during scheduled shifts. This position serves as the frontline leader responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, managing inventory efficiently, supervising store employees, and maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment. As a Shift Lead, you will be a key contributor to the store’s performance by taking charge during your shift, organizing opening and closing duties as assigned, and offering timely coaching and feedback to team members. Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in QSR, customer service, retail, or hospitality environment
  • 2+ years of retail supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • ability to multitask and prioritize work of self and others in a fast-paced environment
  • experience with cash handling and safety and security
  • demonstrated track record of coaching and developing others
  • competency in written and verbal communication
  • basic computer skills
