Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality, leadership experience preferred
- a team-first mindset with strong communication skills
- ability to lead by doing not just directing
- ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills and comfortable using POS systems
- food safety certification such as ServSafe preferred

Job Duties
- lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn't on site
- jump into every position—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—no task is too small
- deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time
- coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
- help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture
- keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards
- manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports
