As a Shift Leader at Five Guys, you will play a pivotal role in leading the daily operations of the restaurant during your shift. Additionally, you will coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best, helping train new team members to contribute to a positive and productive culture. Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards is crucial, alongside managing shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
This role suits those with 1-2 years of experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality roles, preferably with some leadership exposure.
