Job Requirements
- Food safety certification (such as ServSafe) preferred
- Ability to work on your feet, active, and engaged throughout your shift
- Willingness to work around hot equipment and in a busy kitchen setting
- Capability to lift, move, and handle supplies as needed
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Must have reliable availability to work shifts
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred)
- A team-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Someone who leads by doing - not just directing
- Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and comfort using POS systems
Job Duties
- Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn't on site
