As a Shift Leader at Angie’s Food Concepts, the role is crucial to the smooth operation of the restaurant. This position involves managing the daily activities on your shift, leading a team dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced drive-thru restaurant setting. The Shift Leader is the frontline manager responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, overseeing staff performance, and resolving any customer concerns in a professional manner. This role requires adaptability, leadership, and excellent communication skills to ensure a well-organized and efficient shift from start to finish. In addition to supervisory duties, the Shift Leader will also engage hands-on with food preparation and operate POS systems accurately, emphasizing teamwork and flexibility by being cross-trained in all positions, including opening and closing responsibilities. Job Requirements

- Previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift

- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with food preparation and handling when necessary
- Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels
- Be cross-trained for all positions as well as opening and closing the restaurant
- Stand for up 8+ hrs. at a time
- Work with fryer, grill and kitchen equipment safely
