This Shift Leader role is integral to the smooth operation of the restaurant during shifts when management may not be present. Shift Leaders are more than just supervisors; they are active leaders who set the tone for each shift by leading by example and working alongside their crew. They maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and safety, ensuring that every guest leaves the restaurant with a positive impression. Shift Leaders engage in every aspect of the operation, including working as a cashier, grill operator, prep cook, and more, demonstrating a commitment to doing any task that contributes to the team’s success.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, busy environment and possess strong communication skills, a team-first attitude, and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory. Shift Leaders play a pivotal role in coaching and motivating crew members, helping to build a positive and supportive work culture. They are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety standards that meet or exceed company guidelines, handling cash and managing shift reports, and facilitating smooth break rotations among staff.

Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience
