The role of Food & Beverage Manager at Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel is central to maintaining the high standards of hospitality that guests expect. This position requires a dynamic and energetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys fostering a positive team culture. As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be the driving force behind the guest dining experience, ensuring that every meal and event is not only enjoyable but also unforgettable. Key responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of food and beverage service from the lounge to banquet settings, coaching and training staff to uphold service excellence, and managing operational compliance including safety and certification standards such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

In addition to operational oversight, the Food & Beverage Manager plays a crucial role in administrative functions. This includes efficient management of payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity reporting. Your role extends to quality control, where ensuring that food presentation and taste meet stringent standards is paramount. You will also develop creative promotions to attract and engage guests, while managing inventory and beverage purchasing to uphold cost-effectiveness and availability.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will be the main point of contact for guest concerns and team updates, ensuring satisfaction and smooth operations. The role calls for versatility and active participation, requiring attendance in management meetings, report analysis, and willingness to assist in various departments as needed. Job Duties
