Job Requirements
- Food Handlers Certification required
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience or culinary graduate with at least 1 year of hotel or related experience
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- Ability to work effectively under pressure maintaining composure
- Strong communication skills with ability to listen and convey solutions
- Compliance with state health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Culinary graduate or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years progressive culinary experience or 1 year experience for culinary graduates in hotel or related field

Job Duties
- Prepare and supervise the preparation of food items ensuring high standards of quality and presentation
- Lead and assist kitchen staff ensuring efficient and high-quality food preparation and service

- Convey information clearly and resolve concerns from co-workers and guests effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen adhering to sanitation and safety standards
