Job Requirements

  • Food Handlers Certification required
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience or culinary graduate with at least 1 year of hotel or related experience
  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure maintaining composure
  • Strong communication skills with ability to listen and convey solutions
  • Compliance with state health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary graduate or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive culinary experience or 1 year experience for culinary graduates in hotel or related field
