Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of experience in kitchen operations or a similar field, including a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
  • knowledge of food and beverage service operations is preferred
  • complies with certification requirements as applicable for position to include food handlers, alcohol awareness, CPR and first aid
  • ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required by applicable state regulations

Job Duties

  • oversee day-to-day kitchen activities, ensuring all associates fulfill their job functions appropriately
  • support food and beverage service operations and maintain culinary supplies
  • analyze costs, breakage, and quality support for various kitchen areas
  • educate associates on safety issues and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner and maintain open communication with other departments
  • ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment
